Full Build Out Method
For our customers who don’t have the time or inclination to get heavily involved in their new home construction, we take the process from beginning to end for them. Once the customer has chosen a piece of ground to build on, the first step is to sit down with our architectural team to create the new home blueprints. From that point we manage getting the surveyors and excavators in, we pour the foundation, frame it up and finish up with all the custom home building details.
Partial Build Out Method
For our customers who “want to be” more involved in the home building process, we have a completely different approach to customer satisfaction. In many cases, our customer has already purchased a piece of property, and already has the blueprint of their home completed, and they are just looking for someone to start the build process. With this approach, we take charge of the survey, we do the excavation, install the foundation and frame the home to specification. Generally this is the point where most homeowners can take control of the project by hiring their own electricians, plumbers, drywall, interior and exterior subs.

Architectural Services – We have three architectural companies that we’ve worked with for years and are very confident in their ability and professionalism. We recommend them highly and have enjoyed working with them for many years.
Excavating Services – Whether it’s clearing a three acre lot of huge oak trees, or just digging a typical custom home foundation, our excavating crew is top of the line. We do the dig, clear trees and build roads.
Framing Services – Custom home framing services is what we specialize in. Our frame crews have built more multi-million dollar homes in the St. Louis area than anyone. Framing a custom home is the most important piece of the puzzle, and having a crew that has framed luxury homes for many years is a tremendous asset for the homeowner looking to manage his own build.
Foundation Services – Our foundation crew does residential and commercial work such as schools and
